About Hanan Khader:
Founder of HELLOWORLDKIDS Organization for Teaching Kids Programming | Researcher on How to Teach Programming to Kids.

Hanan Khader is a Palestinian-Jordanian serial entrepreneur, selected in 2013 by the U.S. Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs as a Leader in Technology at TechWomen organization, being one of top 4 women from Jordan in Technology. She represented Jordan in Silicon Valley corporations.

She is the founder and curriculum author of the program “Hello World Kids”, which aims to inspire and teach kids how to program computer and mobile applications at their young age. 

She is also the founder and CEO of AQAR-ESTATE.COM; the online real estate marketplace in the Middle East. She aims at making life easier in our region, by building an online real estate market place that empowers people with more options and information about real estate before buying or selling. Today AQAR-ESTATE has become the largest real estate marketplace in Jordan and among the top 3 in the MENA region.

Additionally, Hanan is very active and enthusiastic about motivating women and girls in her country to stand for a new mission in their lives, and to contribute in creating a brighter future for themselves and their society.

Built a solid experience in transforming and leading organizations and ICT the sector, managed large scale public and private ICT related projects, stakeholders, and NGOs. Mobilized employment, entrepreneurship ecosystem, employment, and capacity building programs.


Experienced in leading technology ecosystem development, planning and starting new businesses, developing and coaching existing and new businesses, addressing regulatory and advocacy issues, mentoring/coaching and working with multiple stakeholders in private and public sector, and concluding programs/businesses when needed.

Developed a strong sense of innovation and network reach of the technology ecosystem in Jordan and the region through multiple level engagement at the USAID economic developed programs, positioning the ICT Association of Jordan activities at the top level of the country and industry including high-level sector stakeholders, and mobilizing the startups and entrepreneurship ecosystem with Oasis500.

About Salah Isawi:

Salah is the Territory Sales Manager at Fortinet in Levant & Iraq.

About Mohammed Khawaja

Mohammad Khawaja is currently the CEO of Startappz – a specialized house of expertise for smart technologies that partners with leading telecom operators, government organizations and airlines.

Before that, Mohamad worked at the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship as the Executive Director and the founding Project Manager of Queen Rania National Entrepreneurship Competition – The first startup competition in Jordan. He was also in charge of managing the “Google Award for The Best Online Business” and the “Cisco Entrepreneur Institute” as well. Earlier in 2001, Mohamad co-founded his first business in the domain of content management solutions.
